I was delighted to participate in the 1st Mayoral Art Contest organized by the Escondido Art Association, joining over a hundred local artists. It was my first EAA gallery exhibition and a memorable experience filled with inspiration and community connection.

I feel especially grateful that my watercolor painting “The Jewel of Escondido” found its new home and was sold during the exhibition.

The contest, beautifully juried by Mayor Dane White and Public Art Commissioner Carol Rogers, became a heartfelt celebration of creativity and the love for art that unites our community.
